AGM ELECTIONS
Executive Officers positions, to be elected for a term of 2 years, are:
- All positions - Knowledge of Bylaws/Rules & Regulations for Hockey Alberta, Hockey Canada, League (CAHL, WCMHA, AA, AEHL, RMFHL, HADP), Alberta One and Rocky Minor Hockey Association
President (2 Year Term)
- Shall preside at general and executive meetings. In his absence the vice president shall preside.
- Shall be a member of all committees.
- Shall be chairman of the discipline committee. Shall supervise all Association team entries in leagues, and their affiliation.
- Shall advise new executive members of their duties and responsibilities.
- Shall have signing authority on Association accounts.
- Must attend all Hockey Alberta and League Meetings concerning any Association team.
Secretary (2 Year Term)
- Shall take accurate minutes of each Association general and executive meeting.
- Shall keep past Association minutes and other records in a safe place.
- Shall be responsible for all correspondence.
- Shall have signing authority on Association accounts.
Registrar (2 Year Term)
- Shall be responsible for player and team registration at local, provincial and national levels
- Shall be responsible for affiliations
- Shall keep a record of all Association players and members
- Shall be a member of the budget committee
Additional members of the executive committee can be elected or appointed as follows:
-The term of office for the following positions is one year.

Directors
- Shall be a liaison between parents and the executive committee.
- Shall review Association regulations with parents in their division.
- Shall be responsible for EACH team in their division.
- Directors shall be allowed to be on the coaching staff of a team other than the level for which they are elected as director.
- Should have a child playing in their division.
Referee-In-Chief
- Shall supervise all referees hired by the Association.
- Shall arrange referee clinics and see that referees are registered according to HA and CHA rules.
- Shall present referee fees and operating rules for executive approval.
- Shall be a member of the discipline committee, but, if involved, shall abstain from voting
- Shall oversee assigning of referees for all games and tournaments.
